1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Bosphorus Clinix, operated by Bosphorus Enterprise LLC (“we,” “our,” or “the Agency”). By using our website, booking a consultation, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. NATURE OF OUR SERVICES

Bosphorus Clinix is a medical travel facilitation and coordination service, not a medical provider.

We provide:

  • Educational information about medical travel to Turkey.

  • Guidance on authorized and vetted clinics.

  • Coordination between you and our partner clinic.

  • Assistance with scheduling consultations and travel planning.

We do not provide:

  • Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Medical supervision or clinical services.

All medical services are provided exclusively by the partner clinic in Turkey, which operates as an independent entity.

3. CONSULTATION DISCLAIMER

Information provided during consultations is for educational and coordination purposes only. Any medical evaluations, treatment plans, or professional opinions are provided solely by licensed medical professionals at the partner clinic.

4. MEDICAL DECISIONS & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

All decisions regarding medical treatment, including whether to proceed with surgery, are made solely between you and the partner clinic.

You acknowledge that:

  • You enter into a separate agreement directly with the clinic.

  • The clinic is solely responsible for all medical services and outcomes.

Bosphorus Clinix does not guarantee any specific medical or cosmetic results. However, we remain your local point of contact in the United States and will:

  • Assist with communication between you and the partner clinic.

  • Follow up on your behalf regarding your case.

  • Encourage the clinic to address your concerns appropriately.

5. SERVICES IN TURKEY

All services provided in Turkey, including airport transfers, accommodation, medical procedures, and in-country coordination, are performed by the partner clinic and its affiliated service providers. Bosphorus Clinix does not maintain a physical presence in Turkey and does not directly operate or control these services. We remain available as your point of contact to assist with communication and coordination as needed.

6. ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGES & FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

We coordinate with our partner clinic to provide you with a streamlined, all-inclusive experience. To ensure total transparency regarding your journey:

  • Clinic Package Inclusions: The surgical package you purchase directly from the partner clinic is designed to be all-inclusive. This typically covers your medical procedure, hotel accommodations, and local ground transportation (airport and clinic transfers) within Turkey.

  • Flight Assistance & Direct Payments: We gladly offer complimentary assistance to help you find the most convenient and affordable flight options. However, you are ultimately responsible for purchasing your own airline tickets. Bosphorus Clinix does not collect, process, or store payments for flights, medical procedures, or hotel stays; all fees are paid directly by you to the respective providers (the clinic and the airline). We highly recommend waiting to book your travel until your surgery date is officially confirmed by the clinic.

  • Dedicated Liaison Support: All medical and travel services are provided by independent third parties. While we cannot assume liability for their performance, schedule changes, or cancellations, we will always do our best to assist you in navigating any unexpected travel disruptions.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Follow all instructions provided by the clinic.

  • Ensure you are medically and legally eligible to travel.

Failure to follow medical or travel guidance may affect your results or experience.

8. COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By using our services, you consent to receive emails, phone calls, and SMS/text messages related to your appointments, coordination, and follow-up. Standard messaging rates may apply.

9. PRIVACY

Your personal and medical information is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We utilize encrypted platforms for the transmission of your data to our partner clinic. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and secure sharing of your information with the partner clinic and necessary service providers.

10. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
